The purpose of this study aims to describe the strategies used by school principals and educators in group planning, learning management effective assessment during pandemic post-Covid-19 at age 5 6 years were applied TK Al Azhar 037 Banjarbaru TKIT Robbani Banjarbaru. This uses a qualitative approach with multisite method. Collecting data through interviews, observation documentation. processed are from reduction, display, conclusion drawing. results is that educator empowerment strategy was carried out involvement managing, fun-enjoyed, safety student-friendly learning, conducting assessments. facility infrastructure task sharing setting priority so media, facilities can be optimally distributed. Strategies for parent parenting, parent-community, administration Early Development Screening (DDTK).
